Xbox Live Gold subscribers may not be treated to quite as many free games every month as they used to be, but there are still a couple of free games for them to claim in November. Microsoft has confirmed the Xbox free Games with Gold games for November 2022 for Xbox Live Gold subscribers to claim, which consist of two Xbox One games that will have a staggered release throughout the month.
From November 1 to November 30, Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to claim Praetorians: HD Remaster for their collection. Praetorians: HD Remaster is a real-time strategy game set in Ancient Rome where players command various period-appropriate armies. It’s a remaster of a game that originally launched in 2003 that earned mostly positive reviews and even won some awards. RTS fans that have yet to play it should certainly give Praetorians: HD Remaster a look when it’s made free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers on November 1.
Praetorians: HD Remaster is one of the free games that Xbox Live Gold subscribers can claim in November 2022, and the other one is Dead End Job. Dead End Job is a local co-op twin-stick shooter game where players are tasked with getting rid of troublesome ghosts. Taking inspiration from Ghostbusters and Saturday morning cartoons, Dead End Job unfortunately earned mixed reviews from critics at the time of its release, but it’s still worth checking out through Xbox Live Gold if one is needing a new local co-op game to play. Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to claim Dead End Job from November 16 to December 15.

Praetorians: HD Remaster will be available starting November 1 and Dead End Job joins the Xbox free Games with Gold lineup on November 16, but in the meantime, subscribers still have time to claim the Xbox free Games with Gold games for October 2022. Survival game Windbound remains one of the free Xbox games with Gold games until October 31, while subscribers have until November 15 to grab strategy game Bomber Crew Deluxe Edition.
It’s unlikely that any of the new Xbox free Games with Gold games for October or November will change public perception of the service, but free games are still a nice perk for Xbox Live Gold subscribers. It should also be pointed out that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers enjoy all the same benefits that Xbox Live Gold subscribers do, meaning they can claim the free games as well.
